bread crumbs – 1 /2 cup
vegetable oil to fry
How To Prepare Crab Cakes

Take a small bowl. Put crabmeat, garlic, egg, onion, pepper and bread crumbs within it. Mix them.
Mould them properly to give them a shape of small patties.
Now take a frying pan with oil. Drop those patties in it.
Cook them until they turn brown on one side. Once the color changes, flip it and cook its other side.
Remove from the flame, once they are converted to golden brown.
