If want the easiest and fastest way to market your business, then consider using the most basic marketing tool: the business cards. They may be simple and small, but a business card designed effectively will bring your business to new heights. However, no matter how you do marketing, it will all end up in needing to give your customers your contact information. And a well crafted business is what you will need. If you truly want your business cards to sell your business, here are ways to do that:

- Tell people to contact you. The basic purpose of your business is to share and exchange your contact details with people. At the absolute minimum, your cards contain the basic contact details in front of your card presented in a readable font. Nowadays, it’s becoming a trend to leave out some traditional information such as the address in the card. But keep in mind that this information just like your telephone number and business name are subtle indicators of your credibility. So, be sure not to omit any important detail in your business card.

- Simply tell people what you do. Some people assume that when they have handed out their card, people will already know what it is that you do. But because some business name doesn’t really reflect the true nature of a business, it is important that there supporting texts in the card that tells what it is that you do. It is far more effective when you are able to tell your customers what it is that you can do for them. This will encourage them to contact your at once.

- Take advantage of social media. If you haven’t got a Facebook or Twitter account yet, consider getting one at once. Social media is a great channel to build relationships, so be sure add the URL of your social media accounts in your business card templates.

- Use images. One great way to show people what you do is to use an image on your cards. It is alright to spend money good images to ensure you channel a professional impression to your customers.

- Include your website. Imagine the visibility you get if you could direct people to your website, which is printed in your business card. This is a clever way to get people, especially those who love online shopping, interested in what you have to offer.
